반면에 포켓 스퀘어는 장식 용도로, 앞 주머니에 보이게 장식용으로 꽂아서 다니는 것.

(informal) not or no longer annoying or causing inconvenience to someone. 

to stop being a nuisance to someone. 

ex) "Oh, fine. You know what? If it keeps you out of your mom's hair, yes, do that."

 

be/get carried away 몹시 흥분하다. 

getting too excited, emotional, or involved in something and losing control or going beyond what you originally intended.

ex) "Don’t get carried away — we still have a lot of planning to do."

ex) "I got so carried away with the story that I lost track of time."
ex) "She was carried away by excitement and agreed to more work than she could handle."

a lot of cheddar = (slang) a lot of money 

cheddar가 슬랭으로 '돈'을 뜻함. 

ex) "He’s making a lot of cheddar at his new tech job."

ex) "I'm impressed by how much Haley has earned so far — she's already over $500. That's a lot of cheddar!"

1. 싸인, 코싸인, 탄젠트 할 때 그 탄젠트... 

2. (대화에서) 주제를 벗어난 이야기

an off-topic or side remark 

 

tangent after tangent 대화 주제 계속 벗어나거나 대화 주제가 계속 바뀌는 것 

someone is going off-topic repeatedly, one after another — like constantly changing the subject or drifting away from the main point of a conversation or story.

ex)"The professor went on tangent after tangent, and by the end of the lecture, I had no idea what the original topic was."
ex) "I tried to tell her what happened, but she kept interrupting with tangent after tangent about her own day."
